From the moment Sam came round he was a breath of fresh air, extremely thorough, friendly and communicative and gave us a very fair and transparent price. There was no job too big or small for his team, all of whom showed an exceptional attention to detail when fitting the new roof - even on the little things like refinishing the the chimney with pebble dash and updating the gutters. His crew left the site clean as a whistle afterwards now with an immaculately installed dry ridge system and refitted solar. He carried out a full drone survey and provided a detailed, honest report explaining exactly what was needed. The price quoted for the repairs was fair and transparent, and the work was carried out shortly after. The team were clean, tidy, and well-mannered, and the whole process was stress-free from start to finish. He diagnosed the issues quickly, gave excellent advice, and returned promptly to do the work. Sam responded really quickly; he called in the same day and made the repair first thing the following (Saturday) morning.
